Salutation upon the Prophet ﷺ · Sitting · 1 verse

Sends blessings (Salah) and increase (Barakah) upon the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ and his family, equating it with the blessings bestowed upon Prophet Ibrahim. The Prophet ﷺ said: 'Whoever sends blessings upon me once, Allah sends ten blessings upon him.' Considered essential for the completion of the prayer.

اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَىٰ مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَىٰ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ، كَمَا صَلَّيْتَ عَلَىٰ إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَعَلَىٰ آلِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، إِنَّكَ حَمِيدٌ مَّجِيدٌ. اللَّهُمَّ بَارِكْ عَلَىٰ مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَىٰ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ، كَمَا بَارَكْتَ عَلَىٰ إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَعَلَىٰ آلِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، إِنَّكَ حَمِيدٌ مَّجِيدٌ
Allāhumma ṣalli ʿalā Muḥammadin wa-ʿalā āli Muḥammad. Kamā ṣallayta ʿalā Ibrāhīma wa-ʿalā āli Ibrāhīm. Innaka ḥamīdun majīd. Allāhumma bārik ʿalā Muḥammadin wa-ʿalā āli Muḥammad. Kamā bārakta ʿalā Ibrāhīma wa-ʿalā āli Ibrāhīm. Innaka ḥamīdun majīd.

O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and upon the family of Muhammad, as You sent blessings upon Ibrahim and upon the family of Ibrahim. Indeed, You are Praiseworthy, Most Glorious. O Allah, bless Muhammad and the family of Muhammad, as You blessed Ibrahim and the family of Ibrahim. Indeed, You are Praiseworthy, Most Glorious.

হে আল্লাহ, মুহাম্মদ ও মুহাম্মদের পরিবারের প্রতি রহমত বর্ষণ করুন, যেভাবে আপনি ইব্রাহিম ও ইব্রাহিমের পরিবারের প্রতি রহমত বর্ষণ করেছেন। নিশ্চয়ই আপনি প্রশংসনীয়, মহিমান্বিত। হে আল্লাহ, মুহাম্মদ ও মুহাম্মদের পরিবারকে বরকত দান করুন, যেভাবে আপনি ইব্রাহিম ও ইব্রাহিমের পরিবারকে বরকত দান করেছেন। নিশ্চয়ই আপনি প্রশংসনীয়, মহিমান্বিত।
